Privacy Policy
Kioh (“we”) is a software & digital company in Vietnam, developing the Mily and MIEN apps. This policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your data when you use kioh.tech and our apps.
1. Information we collect
We only collect data needed to provide and improve our services:
- Information you provide: name, email, message content, and data you enter into an app (e.g. your medicine list in Mily, your wardrobe in MIEN).
- Usage information: anonymous technical data such as device type, app version, and crash reports, to improve quality.
- We do not collect sensitive data beyond what you actively enter to use a feature.
2. How we use data
Data is used to: operate features you request (e.g. medicine reminders), respond to your messages, secure your account, and improve our products. We do not use your data for third-party advertising.
3. Sharing
We do not sell personal data. We share only with trusted service providers (such as cloud hosting) to the minimum extent needed to operate, or where required by law.
4. Storage & security
Data is stored on infrastructure with encryption in transit and at rest. We retain data only as long as needed for the stated purposes, then delete or anonymize it.
5. Your rights
You may access, correct, or delete your personal data, and withdraw consent at any time. To do so, contact contact@kioh.tech.
6. Children's privacy
Our services are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
7. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be posted on this page with a new update date.
